HWTools

Here we will publish free tools for use with Hauptwerk™ 2.

The first available tool is HWTools beta. With HWTools you can browse through your installed sample sets and see all informations stored in the installation package definition files. In EDIT MODE you even may edit all parameters, but be careful, this feature is for advanced users or sample set creators only – and of own risk. HWTools may be useful in converting old HW1 sample sets to HW2. Of course there is a lot to do outside HWTools, for example renaming the old samples to HW2 format. In future versions of HWTools these features might be included. For the moment HWTools gives a little help at least. Please consider that HWTools is just beta, also no documentation is available so far.
